Janitors demonstrate in the Back Bay.

More than 1,000 janitors marched down Boylston street to demand higher pay in large, Boston buildings. Organized by the Service Employees International Union, many of the 13,000 janitors at 2,000 buildings threatened to strike unless they receive for higher pay and full-time employment status.
